Many times I can't add all of these radars what should I do?
Also when I get some weapons mod I just waste my times installing by each one.

Use Alci's IMG Editor and select all of the files at once and install them.

Was there another file in there? A rectangleradar.asi file? Put it in your San Andreas Directory.

The file named radarrect.asi goes in your GTA SA root directory, and the file named hud.txd goes in your models folder.
