i3 3217u 1.8 ghz dual core
Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit

I prefer samp over Gta V because I can't play on high quality. I usually felt okay with the quality since im used to low quality because of csgo, but when I started Gta V after playing samp it was disgusting just seeing pixels everywhere.
