Suggestion: A rule clarification

Explanation: Clarifying rule #5

Reason: Many people misunderstand the fact that SWAT officers are allowed to pick the skin if no SWAT officer is online, they believe that two SWAT officers at least must pick the skin together, at the same time, in order to use the skin itself. Many people criticize solo officers because of this. They call us rule breakers and such and the rule is getting to be misunderstood.

Just add a simple explanation similar to this:
Exception: The SWAT officers are allowed to patrol alone if no other SWAT officer is using the skin

I am sorry i think no need for editing it. Its not hard to understand it its very simple. Lol ?

If you don't have a problem with understanding it, doesn't mean that others don't have a problem as well. Also it won't take a few moments to clarify it. Those few moments save SWAT officers from getting criticized.

And if some one is criticizing you, you can ignore him or explain him (if you have time).

I've never gone thorugh this situation but if some guys are having problem cos of that then it's a +1 from me. It'll just take a min to add 1 more line to the rules.
EDIT: Believe it or not,when I was a newbie I also thought the same thing that a single player cant play in swat skin alone.

I think we all (SWAT) understand this rule very clear.
If there are cops who call you "rulebreaker" you may /report them for accuse,
Also it's their problem, you don't ask for cops to review your behavior.
