It's nearly impossible to interact with the invulnerable. It's hard to change people's doctrines and cultures, it's also hard to change their mentality since it's tied up to their age. Although age doesn't effect people's mentality very much, still it's hard to interact with them.

Can you imagine a dialogue explaining the whole idea upside down? Unimaginable. Will be definitely huge, will take a very long time. Imagine you're trying to explain to a childish SWAT officer that score doesn't matter when it comes to rules. Or maybe, when some funny SWAT officer tells you that he wants to drive, so he can happily drag and get extra score, woo! Yeah I guess it must be really interesting when he jacks your car. I'll let you judge this yourself. I don't want to know your opinion, it's enough to know it for yourself.

Also, the topic is stuck to, we speak about voting. Voting affects how the SWAT team is, because many positive votes affects the Commander's decision, if they don't, then voting shouldn't even exist.

Despite the fact of how skilled are you, the SWAT official group is a team & team work is the most important thing.

No matter how you joined, you're in it, you were training & improving during your first days; training could have a specified definition but regardless of it, what really matters here is helping whoever who requires assistance, not ignoring, insulting or discriminating them, how come you will be recognized as a skilled person with a bad behavior.

Do not take me too personal, I've been making topics to peacefully give a hand to each and every single player, we all were new somewhere or in something, have empathy for everyone else.

In the community & its groups, Everyone is equal regarding their skills & chances, avoid saying that someone has less chances just for having a non-convenient attitude, I've stated several times, help them instead.

Encourage/Develop the peace among the Ls-rcr community! :)

Not directed to anyone, consider it as a general opinion, In fact, I'd rather if everyone could get well with another player peacefully. :)

Being new doesn't mean you're either childish or immature. Yes, we were all new somewhere, now we became experienced because of the mistakes we made, because when you do something wrong you get criticized for it, so we got criticized like them, and we learned. Mistakes teach us, because if nobody tells you do something wrong, they'll believe they're doing the right thing. It's a general life rule that applies everywhere.

O and Dani, we're talking about Lsrcr community not a political group regarding world peace treaty or something, you're getting too dramatic, don't you think?

Excuse my radical change during my last commentary, i know that we are not being in a political group or anything similar, i just strongly believe that there is no necessity of being rude or criticize other players just because they can learn from the mistakes.

The main thing is that they can change their behavior without committing mistakes, as i stated several times before, just give them a hand instead of having the same bad start, don't repeat the chain of discrimination.
Don't be that negative, you'll always meet new personalities, be tolerant & respectful, Just have fun! :)
