I don't know about the cheating part but he is definitely right about being disrespectful. I suggest to change your attitude and get along well with the members before re-applying. Also,your test needs to be improved. Re-read the rules and roleplay threads. Re-apply in 3 weeks time if you wish to do so (14th June)
