Cs 1.6 Error. Help!!

I got screwed up when last night i downloaded Cs 1.6 and when installation was about to start it showed up "Non 7z Archive" . I downloaded cs 1.6 from another sites also and from another browsers but all giving the same error. Help please.

Re-install winrar I guess and select all the option/formats (as far as I remember, it also had 7z archive).

Already did.
Edit: I looked into many forums in which they discussed about this issue with reading all that ifigured out that the file is not getting downloaded correctly so this time i am downloading with idm, i hope it works.
