Suggestion headline: Add an auto-screen shot taker just after a ban.

Importance of suggestion: 10/10 If you can script it.
Why should it be accepted: Well the staff team can be sure if the player cheated or not, when you ban a player a screenshot gets taken automatically, and then he gets the ban screen, i got this idea from cs 1.6 which is used to determine/be sure if the player is using hacks or not. And please guys state a reason when you vote.
