Thanks man i readed the agreement allready but this was just a missunderstanding and since i'm using skin mods its hard to identify pagati members without typing /pglist...

Since City dropped the report, I only have to add how this is an official army rule nr.12.
Simple as it is, applies everywhere.

Army members are not allowed to arrest Pagati members, and Pagati members are not allowed to rob or rape Army members. (This only applies while in Army/Pagati skin)!
