How they are overpowered? It's roleplay server, then got nothing more as in real life. And how is this going to give them more power? LOL

How will be it abused actually? Safe zone, just look at the name, it's not abuse to stand there and kill other hitmans/criminals.
Also it will be better to add it in hq, in hq you can kill/rob cops and it look more roleplayish
