It seen like more real life , yeah but may be cross fire so i think it should improve the cross fire part , Still I support this suggestion.

It is actually a fun idea, however I'm going neutral on this. (but more to a positive)

Opinion:
Pros:
- Realism
- Another way to get wanted level
Cons:
- May result in having conflict with death match system
- Cops could get camped without being able to do anything. (For example: A guy shooting with a sawn-off can kill you instantly without the cop being able to defend himself).
