The file which you are downloading is, as far as I know, downloading through a lan portal, which will obviously give you high speed. I get normally 100 or 200 Kpbs speed, but when I download something through lan portal, I get 2 mb, sometimes 8 mb speed.

And btw, I think I've got the same named file on my lan portal...

It costs 20-25 euro in my country for this 100 KB/s unlimited plan. You are lucky dude 8-)
