/Ignore - Should be Global

Why should it be accepted: Sometimes when there's no admins online or they're busy, some guys keeps spamming the chat which is very annoying. I suggest, that it should be a global command to ignore every word the user says from anywhere (/w, /b, main chat, army chat, etc etc).

Could be added, although you must keep in mind the text above the player would still be visible, as chatbubbles are not per-player but global.
