Suggestion: Appoint more SWAT Staff and Warrant Officers
Explanation: Give some members who really deserve it x2 or x3 promotions to push them into a WO or Staff rank. Such promotions usually shouldn't happen but this time it's a must. The old high ranks are getting inactive and the new players are getting promoted too slow. To keep the high ranks active you should speed up the promotions a bit.
Reason: We seriously lack Staff and WO activity, we need more high ranks to keep SWAT running smoothly

Going +1 BUT who can be WO since all swats are in PVT and PFC and some at SPC.. its abit hard to choose

We are not currently in a shape to accept more Warrant Officers in my opinion. If so, the SWAT staff and WOs would eventually be too many according to the current number of the SWAT team.

i will go +1 with this, and i think we should only get the HIGHER ranks to get it, like CPL-SGT+

Recruit old WO's and Staff members, they already know how to test players and are active.
