Suggestion: Appoint a SWAT Trader
Explanation: The SWAT Trader would have access to the S.W.A.T. in-game account (not forum though) and his duty would be to trade and manage SWAT goods (houses, cash, jailcards, DPs)
Reason: A trader would keep the SWAT account active and he'd make a profit for SWAT. I was a trader myself back in the day and I must say that the system works really well.

Anyone hardly uses the SWAT bank to be honest, it's currently idle anyways. We don't need a trader in my opinion.
