Realistic texture pack for gta sanandreas is not ever created, because this game is like a grandpa of gta v.

But if you really want to try some good texture mods, I'll recommend trying SRT3 (v1.7) texture pack, its really cool.

Is it a programmar auto install or I have to downlaoad tools for it, and if I want the organal mod , what should I backup...

its not an auto-installer, install the files on desktop/new folder then use any img editor and import files in gta3.img file. SRT3 V1.7 folder will contain texture files while other 2 folders will have skins pack and hud mod.

Can i use IMG tool

IMG Tool will take a-lot of time as there are lots of files and IMG Tool make 1 file import at a time. Use Alci's IMG Editor 1.5, its way too simple and easy and you can import as many files as you want at one time.
