Never mentioned its appearance. I mentioned its existence.
I don't understand why are you going against this as you were with me in old days of Swat where First Sergeant rank was awarded to someone for his/her hardwork. Members used to playing as hell in Swat skin to achieve that rank.... In my opinion, bringing back the first sergeant award is gona bring some motivation of playing in Swat skin to members and applicants.
