Suggestion headline: Being less strict on bans / even thinking about unbanning someone / Consider ''Your Main account is banned and you must create a new account to play'' as a punishment and limit the word ''Ban Evading'' to people who doesn't seem serious/sorry about it.

Why should it be accepted:
I will start with a quote from JohnCarer:

If certain admins continue banning this way the community won't be on for too long. Taking rules too close to heart and abusing the "ban evading" system of giving no chance for any interested player to stay playing without causing trouble. Like these kids even understand what's ban evading. They get banned for 1 day, then they are like "what, my acc is broken" and create another account > then get permanently banned for "ban evasion". That's why timeouts(ddos, exploits) are happening and that's why so many people are butthurt over being banned for stupid reasons that sadly correspond to lsrcr rules. I always say every case of breaking the rules is individual and shouldn't be taken lightly and accurate to every single rule

Talking of personal experience as an administrator in much bigger communities. I mean no harm nor I want to put down anyone. Just a heads up and friendly advice

Now let's seriously think about it
The banning system/policy/rules are pretty, pretty much strict compared to many and I mean it, many other servers.
How many unban applications got unbanned in the first 1/2 pages?
Staff members barely even think about giving an unban, let me give you a clear example

Suggestion part 1:
e.g. If you now found a -for example- an airbreaker, you caught him, great job!, Now he's banned, you are following the rules
but, he ban evaded, you knew about his ban evasion after 2/3 months, in these 2/3 months he was clean, not reported for a single time, and he literally played clean, so why would you ban him? His main account is banned, so, give him a chance maybe?

Suggestion Part 2:
Instead of just banning for ban evading just like that, Why don't you check him?
I mean, I got an idea, you guys caught a ban evader -NOW WAIT- don't straight ban him, why don't you, watch him for a month?
What happens if you watched him, and he was clean, a regular normal player, why would you ban him? it's pointless
If he was clean
Yes, He's a player like you, actually, he likes the server more than you do, His main account which he worked hard on got banned and yet he's playing, he's sorry for what he done, Why would you refuse this? I don't get it.

Suggestion Part 3:
I end my suggestion with, have any type of mercy and at least start thinking in giving a chances, your minds are STRANGELY always willing/thinking that you are facing a risk, Why the hell don't you just give him a god damn chance, he might be true, if he's not? Ban him, You are the guys who got full control over here, you can watch him in a UC acc for example, you can do many things, but you just forget it and you always assume that he's risk he may blow shit up bla bla bla bla
Do it for people who seem mature, real and start giving chances to people instead of being so...cruel? You don't have to do it for everyone, but CONSIDER it, start thinking in a more positive way, instead of thinking negatively that he will blow shit up and hack again, think positively, he might come again and he will be real sorry for what he done, You have no proof for either that or this, so give him a chance!

Cheaters will always remain banned, no matter what.

Those who got banned for different reasons might have a chance. That's why we are making a poll to unban them

I really do agree about the ban evading issue, these last few weeks I had no idea what was happening with all these ban evaders and such.. and I do not think it is very fair to ban a player (temporary) because he did not report another cheater... could have at least warn him with a discussion instead of just hitting the ban hammer.

However on cheaters, I do think they should remain banned because one day or another they will get bored from the server and starts hacking again.

I don't know about everything, but I believe that staff member always discuss about bans with all administrator. If they think that person should get a chance than they give him. You can see Ryder as an example.

You do have a point,however ...

... cheating is always cheating. One use cheats to get advantage from others. One use cheats because he choose to just like others who choose not to. The possibilities of the cheater of doing the same hacks / type of advantages are very likely to occur. Even if staff members decide to start unbanning cheaters,lots and lots of banned players would make an unban appeal like this:

(Assuming it was the same ban reason - cheating)
Banned player A has been unbanned
Banned player B: Why did player A get a second chance and i didn't?
Banned player C:Yeah me too,what kind of server policy is this?! Not fair
Banned player D:Probably because he is admins friend or bribed him

Admins spend a lot of their time on reports and especially spectating hackers. Usually not all the hackers make it easy for us to know he has hacks so we have to keep spectating those 5-10 minutes until he gets caught. Assume he ban evades and appeals to get unbanned because he didn't know cheating was allowed or sorry for using cheats or my brothers was using the account when the rules clearly states that you cannot by any means share your account or use any type of cheat program that gives you an advantage. For me,it's kind of common sense to not use hacks in ANY game. I wouldn't like wasting that 10 precious minutes spectating a cheater when he gets unbanned because of a 'second chance'. He worked hard on his account when he get caught cheating? The 'work' he made on his account was by cheating.

Believe me,we had a lot of cases like this. And yes,they play clean because a lot of them would get tagged or get in a faction/groups. But so what if he played clean in those 2 or 3 months? He might have used another type of hacks. He might have used hacks while no admin was online. He might have used hacks while no one was paying attention. The server is open for you to play for free and we trust you to play fair. There are a set of rules for you to follow that we highly recommend for everyone to read them . With cheating,you're breaking that trust and violating the rules of the server. Now like in every situation,there are consequences and when you cheat you get banned.

TL;DR
All in all,it's a -1 from me. Ls-rcr never tolerated cheating / ban evading and never will.
