[Server - Criminal Skin] Criminal Skin = More Balance

Suggestion headline: Add a criminal skin (like swat and army) that requires 1250 score to play. Every player that fits the score requirement can play it. The skin would be called "Terrorist"

Why should it be accepted:

Swat and Army have an impact on so many things on this server, one of them is balance between wanteds and LEOs. There should be a third skin besides swat and army that allows everyone to play without being forced to apply > "Terrorist" and bring in more balance into the whole criminal-cop system

The skin would spawn at a specific place up to the developer. I suggest a small base: One open house with weapons checkpoint (no sawnoff) (wooden cabin) and one tower near it (swat base/army base in LV tower), all placed above the Jefferson's hill/forest. Add 2-3 cars and few Sanchez bikes
By spawning, player is automatically given weapons with 1337 ammo: AK-49, Spas, Deagle, Uzi

You gain score and $ by killing cops/army/swat

This has been suggested shit tons of times. I think the issue is the server does not want to promote cop hunting. The skill has to have some purpose. Like shaco said, it used to be for alcatraz inmates.

I would suggest the skill to have special perks that improve being a criminal rather than a new class.

I think it needs more thinking and few more ideas.
