One thing I've learned in my play time in this server. You cannot rely on admins for other things than unlocking your car, killing you because you are stuck and unbanning. Reporting, jailing, warning, banning is something I can't rely on. That's why I always deal with the problems on my own, in my own way. That's why you won't see me reporting someone cause it's pointless, that's why you see me making unban applications after I was banned for dming back. That's pure truth. Allow the stupid DMing back, bitch shoots you, you have to save your ass not run with the hope that he won't kill you from the back.

What mitko and give them another excuse in the report? I hate how fighting in samp works and fighting in GTA SA works, i like first persons with ironsights not this bullshit that i can't aim in for shit, Report a DM'er he says you shot back and its not in the evidence Case closed.

You keep saying it was for no reason even though the reason is pretty obvious.
Before you lost your tag you had many reports on your name for flaming which is also the reason why your tag got removed. The fact that you disagree doesn't mean it's not a reason.
We have noticed some issue's between you and ainzo, and after seeing the logs we stated that both went to far.
This is why both got banned for flaming.

since ainzo is ur "respected" friend how come other admins never come up and post in my reports about him?
it always end up being u or glen giving him small punishments on something that deserved harsher

i never meant any disrespect to u Energ, but since he keeps bragging about how he's invincible to punishments coz he's your scripter, it's impossible not to put u in the conversations

Silver you both got the same punishment... see it from our perspective you both went to far and it's hard to say who started this, but the fact is that this need to stop so everyone can play again without constantly flaming each other.
Based just on the logs i have to say that you started this with making a insult to a personally insult(insulting his mother) what trigger anger to some players.
Then ainzo made it worse by reacting on that with a edited picture and then you again with your signature with his ingame text in it.

This is what we call provoking each other and it will never stop if we don't give both the same punishment, in this case you and ainzo are the source of the flame war with a few players here and there that just pick a side without really knowing what's going on.

You ask for a harder punishment for ainzo just because he is my friend, but your just as wrong as he is.
We can ban him and you for lets say 2 months but is that what we want ? no as you and others said already we want this to stop and i think banning both of you for 2 months won't be the solution yet.

simply ignoring each other from now on ingame would help us all.

We have now informed everyone to stop this and anyone that brings this topic up again in a flaming/insulting way will get banned for provoking even if we find it slightly provoking.
This counts for everyone, not only for Silver and Ainzo.

You asked me if i still look at ainzo as a respected friend, and my answer to that is yes, your beef with ainzo is not my beef and it won't effect my opinion about you or ainzo as person, i am a bit disappointed in both of you cause i judged you both higher then this but that's just my feeling about this.

If you both feel like talking this out to each other on msn with me as middle person i would be more then happy to and hopefully you 2 can play again without insulting each other and at least able to leave this behind.
If you or ainzo don't feel like talking to each other which i would understand since you both did some things that ain't cool then i ask you both to ignore each other and if any of you still continues provoking/insulting we will punish the first one we see without a single warning.

So Ainzo and Silver, Send me a pm if you are willing to talk this out or not because this topic is getting closed very soon.

I think this thread is a great way for the admins to express there opinions and they have done it well, they shown light on things that i didn't know before, hopefully we can keep this open for any more questions we have since i have found out more on certain aspects of Ls-rcr.

I'm glad that our opinions shown some light for you but unfortunately by keeping this topic open it will most likely start another flame war or might even bring old frustrations to some which end in provoking each other.

Third party getting involved in a 2 men argument is never good, instead of settling the arguments it's get even worse. Maybe admins should leave players to settle things between them by their own.

The motherfucking coldhard truth of the matter is that this server that once was the greatest is going into the complete and utter point of shit, We have new members who are slowly becoming old members and OBVIOUSLY don't give a shit about anything since they can get away with everything they ever do *cough* Torture_Doctor, Ainzo *Cough* And just continue to break the rules in the ways they see fit, Then just because the evidence people don't often have time to leave on fraps 24/7 or screenshots dont provide enough evidence on a player alot of people report they get away with it, It FUCKING SUCKS, the wonderful community we once had is GONE everyone roams in packs hating on everyone else, Breaking rules if it has to go to that, The servers going into shit because we let everyone off with a simple warning instead of enforcing our rules, Just today my friend got DM'd by Ainzo, and other assholes, we have people don't even speak english breaking the rules since the rules are more often explained in English, the Server doesn't have enough admins, Although i respect the opinion of the server owner, we have enough people to be trusted as admins that have been here for ages, not alot but Enough, and i understand stuff that involves trust but just come on, you can't tell me the server isn't going to shit and not be lying, Every time a new person joins with a messed up view on following rules we will always have this problem, and it will always get worse, I could say some jackassinine shit to other people, but i just don't feel like typing out my opinion on every douche in the server, as that would take way to much of my time up, Probably an hour or more, I'm just saying it makes no sense why we let this happen. Hell The nightshift is dominated by hackers, Although i have to say since we got the suggestion forum we are getting speedier server updates and i comend that.
