-1 I don't think we need this. To get accepted in tag is not about vote. Administration will decide to accept you or not. I also saw [Lsrcr]Abysynth wrote something "if you got 80% negative you also can get accepted if administration wanted to do it" so why should we put this? Why we need neutral on tag application? You vote depends on/attitude/activity/rules so if player following it he deserves a chance to represent the community. Good luck

If you want to vote neutral, then don't vote. Either you vote positive because of something, or you vote negative. You don't have to vote, just because you have the tag. It's a privilege, and not a job - that you can actually give your opinion on the tag applications.
