Suggestion and Explanation : Choosing Trusted member you ( CresP ) give him the rights to ( 1- Deny Appilcations IF they failed to put the Secret word or Copying Reason from another applicant and put them in the Denied application.) (2- Posting The SWAT Template for the applicants.)
Reason : It will help you ( CresP ) and will be good for the applicants to respond them fast not to wait for 2-3 days for responding them.. Also Choosing this member must be ACTIVE ON FORUMS To Respond fast on the applications, It will help i'm sure that it will help.

Suggestions and Explanation: Remove the Current Promotion System and add the previous.
Reason: Because its very bad to be active in swat skin 24/7 and then dont get promotions. What is good in taking promotions this month and dont get the Comming month and wait for the another month ummm seems like a puzzle lol..? you ( CRESP ) can know you deserve the promo and who don't the previous system was better giving the promotions for just the members who really deserve it.Also i dont see anything wrong or bad when one get promoted 2 month in a row thats just means he is Good/Active and Skilled player with a great attiude.. i hope it be accepted. ( Nothing Personal Just Thinking with loud voice )

I agree with this, but i hope the second suggestion will get accepted because it's important for us. Honestly i wanted ti give up being swat member but I won't because i think i will get promotion this time so i''ll be more active and put more effort about the promotion.

Damn, if you just knew how active I was in skin cresp, for 3 weeks after neing accepted, you could have promoted me. (All I wanted was /rb for that summer)

I was actually spending my whole morning till afternoon, literally, swat skin, (but the thing is, i was rarely teaming withsomeone, and i was on a solo) and goes cop skin after wards.
