Rule:
You cannot kidnap a player straight after they have been kidnapped by you or another player.
This time you will be given a chance and will let it slide away with a verbal warning as you also stated an Admin told you it's allowed. Make sure you will re-read the rules here: Rules

-Your kidnap score has been reduced.
