In all seriousness,I disagree on this one. Don't get me wrong,I love San Fierro more than any place in San Andreas but Lsrcr has been in Los Santos for quite a while now and I don't think there should be any new changes at this moment. However,i like your reasoning. If this happens,it would unlock a lot more features. The houses and activity around San Fierro would rise but it still remains as a side city to escape from cops or to chase criminals.
