Suggestion(s): More Importance to surrender
Why would it be useful: To make it more meaningful and fun
Additional comments: I'm not sure if this was in a discussion between me and other members, if i was dreaming, or it was already suggested. If a criminal agrees to surrender he should do some kind of command for example /forfeit, and while he's in a car he gets ejected, frozen in place and he can ONLY be arrested instead of killed.
Main reason of suggesting this because I have met members which their targets surrender, but they just kill them... and I think it would be much more fun to be more roleplayish.

Yeah I've suggested it be4 , but the staff might be busy on bugs .so this suggestion can't be added.
