I think that some sort of a /togglebankacc or /toggletransfers command would be better.

Ex: you're dueling and you don't want to be annoyed, then you use that command. When you come out of duel, you use it again to restore.

But then during events, you will not be able to type those commands, and not everyone would remember to type those commands before a duel or anything. On the other hand I think no one would really transfer just $1 by a wire transfer so it should be at around 100,000$ +
