Sorry but, -1.
Some can hack your account or something like that and they could transfer all your money... We can lose some players for that (IG).
It's my opinion.

if someone hacks your account, it wont matter for him to take all your money, he can simply go in-game and transfer to anyone he wants, same thing can be done on UCP so what's the change in this ?

+1, no point in waiting for the other person to come online to send money. This is even nicer because it would store the transactions does and less chance of scams.

+1 even if some1 is so lazy to join the server and wire transfer why not add it ?
