Why should it be accepted: I've seen a lot of players robbing the bank while its closed. they camp in bank untill is closed and they rob the money bags and they stay inside. This really sucks i think players who camp at the bank should be kicked out of the bank when it close

When the bank closes, it closes. It is unrealistic to allow people to stay inside of it after it closed, like as if they somehow managed to hide inside and no one saw them?

Anyway, it will prevent bank abuse, so it is a must

In real life they search the bank when it closes for people, or even local supermarket does it! It's a good way to prevent abuse
