Suggestion headline: Add a wanted of level 6 or 8 instead of 4
Importance of suggestion: 7/10
Why should it be accepted: I joined a riot hosted by TGOLS today and I turned yellow inside the motel because i did not manage to kill a law enforcement. Army fined me but I couldn't get wanted again. I think it would be more suitable if we get a higher wanted level to avoid this bug from happening.

I've tested it and I confirm. You get +8 wanted levels.
