Suggestion:Army member who leave army for SWAT should not wait 7days to apply SWAT(kicked army members are not counted)
Explanation: I think army member left army for SWAT, SWAT should let them apply,no need to wait because they are willing to leave army for SWAT.

As far as i know,Commander and General only can talk to each other about this.

This was implemented for some time after a meeting of both faction leaders, and was removed after a meeting of both faction leaders. I don't think this is going to get implemented any time soon. Anyways, in my opinion, this should not get approved as improving Speed of Commands takes time, in Army, members don't use commands much but as Swat requires fast speed of commands, 1 week should do a little brush up trick for their speed of commands skills.

About your opinion , you should ready for all the things when you apply the faction.If they think their have to improve their SOC ,then dont apply first ,after they have some improvement ,they may apply it.

Really ? Then why Commanders/Generals give 1 week time to re-apply when you get denied on your application ?

That time was defined jointly with S.A Army Generals. Unfortunately it cannot be changed.
