I just edit many mods and after tht i just open samp and connect to check out mods but when i open its just moving cursor comming from 5 mins not seen after that this is the problem of what ? I just put real effect and vechile and skin mods thats an error or what or its basiclly take time after joining server ?

Did you make backup of gta3.img file ?

I getted at the place its all because of the fuckin mods of 11pm i dont know why btw i also done one mistake as i install radar mod and i replace wrong :p thats now gona fix a whole pc :) btw how can i replace a radar files in one time ?

Use Alci's Img Editor, you can select and install bunch of files with it at one time.
