Why should it be accepted: When the house is locked and the owner is inactive for 90days, player wants to donate for the house and he wants to see the interior of the house but he can't, right? Well, I have a suggestion for this. When the house is locked and when the owner is inactive for 90days, make the house to open automatically (If It's possible of course) so the player who want to donate for the house can see the interior.
Let me know what do you think.

If you want to see house interior, just say to admin that you want donate for this house but first see interior and he might tp you in or unlock house, I think that admins can do that.

You'll get free interior change if you don't like the default one after donating. No need to unlock the house or create another function for this.

Sorry, but this is not going to happen. Just because a house is available for donation doesn't necessarily mean that it should be unlocked for everyone to enter. Ask an administrator, but it is true that you also will receive a free interior change so that you can change if you are not satisfied.
