The Army Sparrow Ribbon is awarded to those who have 150 confirmed Sparrow (M4) kills to show.
Why would it be useful: Yes
Additional comments: You may use the Sparrow against the most wanted suspects who are on ground after using the /su and waiting 5 seconds for timer to expire.
It might bring our soldiers to use the Sparrow more often & put in work.
