You may not use the Rhino's against innocents, low wanted suspects (yellow), medium wanted suspects (orange) & hitmen (also applies when having a hit). You may however, use the Rhino against a medium wanted suspect if they are teaming with highly wanted suspect or with a most wanted suspect,after using the /su and waiting 5 seconds to expire.

i sued [Lsrcr]Ziad and after i shot and kill critical. U two split up he went behind the hangar like u can see on your screen and i got i first cuz u were the closest plus its not that easy to aim with tank so i needed some time after i killed u i went after ziad but i couldnt get behind the hangar with tank and i went after him on foot.
