The usage of the /su command on orange suspects is no rulebreak, this command can be used on any criminal. Moreover, your proof doesn't show anything, neither the Army member nor him being in a tank nor him shooting you. We only see you being killed by a cop and an explosion of the gas station. No actions will be taken based on your proof.
