i think that's not fair there is evolved version of police like army swat but why not evolved version of criminals like terrorist army has his own tanks air force but we can't control any tanks or airforce we can just suck agaist air force or tanks my suggestion is there must be a terrorist class
with rocket 500+ score and army must be fighting with terrorist not normal criminals and let the police do the work with criminals like its on real life

It will be abused and people will DM everyone!
The LEOs are outnumbered, always. 75% of the Police is inexperienced and has no idea what to do. The Army and Swat are always less then 10 or something, its most of the time 20 good LEOs against 50 criminals.
