Suggestion(s): If you leave army, you can't apply for next 3 (or 2) months
Why would it be useful: This would stop disloyalty
Additional comments: Around 2 months ago some guy left army and now he is again applying, such an disloyalty. It's not only about him, people were doing this in past alot, I could name them but don't want...
I saw that TGOLS got system like this, it's very good.

I see your point. New members are only trying the army out. We cannot force them to stay nor we can forbid them to apply for another server feature. It would be unethical to make this a rule. By leaving their current faction, they lose a part of their reputation and their hard earned rank. If there should be any punishment, that's it.
