I can confirm this. This happened when there were 2 suspects around us. Tro dragged 1st and then I dragged a suspect. This type of incidences tend to happen a lot. I would gladly accept any punishment for this rulebreak.

i'm with u backup but i wnna say anything ser in the beginning i didn't see darel
and i found backup chasing another one (darel) but i can't see him so i entered the sultan and get off then i dragged mitko that's the problem happened to me and then he took SS and reported and i say that i didn't see darel so i drageed mitko and i 'm sure that no one will beleive me so i will accept any punishment for this and thanks ...

and i wnna add something else he always annoy swat team such jumped on our car and punch it to let us cuff him to take SS and it seems that he is report hunter so i don't know what to do with him
