"Its not realistic" oh please, non realism is so irrelevant. Nothing about this game is realistic, we can only try to get close but it is no reason to exclude a feature/suggestion. I agree that it is frustrating that your money bag is being stolen and there's pretty much nothing you can do about it since the robbers camp either claude as you said (in that case you have to wait for them to leave) or camp bank doors (in that case there's literally nothing to do, you wait for police to come and rape you).

However, as said, con artists has no unique features and that is a problem. So if you approve 100% secure money bag you also eliminate con artist job. That said, they can be given a different feature but it is too much bother.

A simple solution is be a con artist when you rob the bank and rob anyone who took your bag.

If you can come up with a better permanent solution, Im all ears.
