Additional information: Well, I'm not the kind of reporters. But, minutes ago he was shooting at me without any reason when I was actually innocent and killed me using the tank's cannon. So, when I saw him near me, I started taking screen-shots this time as I expected him to break a rule.

I was persuing laik or whatever his name was and su-ed him, and mister uhh I think Critical? just poped up and helped the other guy. I was coming towards them with decent speed and Cri decided to block my way as I kept on going since laik didn't get in his car yet but guess I was late and it happned.

Your proofs don't prove anything. The last screenshot could've been taken after you rammed him (would turn your car on fire) and there is no way we know what exactly happened in this situation. All I see is Vietnamese waiting in a tank. Besides, you knew he was chasing a red wanted, why get inbetween and risk being damaged?
