Why should it be accepted: Sometimes criminals do not want to include the Cops/SWATS/Army in their business matter. They just want to kidnap their persons of interest. So they hire kidnappers. So now there is less reason to piss people off. One: The Law will be on their asses, and then comes the next best thing other than hitmen: these guys. They must deliver the kidnapped victim in vehicle to the kidnap service buyer. The service buyer and the contract kidnapper set a meeting place for the victim transaction once the victim is successfully kidnapped, and upon the service buyer entering the vehicle with the victim inside, is the only time when these contract kidnappers receive contract kidnapping scores. Once the service buyer is in the same vehicle as their desired victim, they may rob, rape and kill their victim as if they were the original kidnapper. If the contract kidnapper uses their own bought vehicle to kidnap the victim, the service buyer may enter the contract kidnapper's vehicle for one-time only.

Optional:
- Add a new score slot for contract kidnapping (or if not, just increase their Kidnapping level).
