New Police Commands

I will use my own format so its easier to read.
Also if any of the commands are already ing (SWAT,army...) or just that I am to blind to see them I would like to apologies by sharing this video with all of you.

Suggestion 1:

Add /BreakDoor (/BD) command

CMD INFO: This command would be useful if a criminal enters his home and locks it.Police officers can enter that home by breaking the door down.

Suggestion 2:

Add /bug command

CMD INFO: With this command a police officer can put a bug (tracking chip) on 1 of the criminals.
Each officer can get only 1 bug and the player that gets bugged appears Pink or whatever color isn't used in the server.

NOTE: For those that dont know "bugged" can be used as a tearm for being watched or followd by special services like the KGB,CIA...

Suggestion 3:

Add a shortcut to radio.

CMD INFO: Instead of typing /cm for cop radio we can just type @ and the msg.
etc "@ I see a 21 yo man having sex with a hot dog stand"

Apart from suggestion 1, which presently is an impossible of a feature, and suggestion 3 for which I think isn't really necessary, I like the concept of suggestion 2.
