Suggestion: Add one more hidden forum, but only for SWAT member for all ranks. We already have one "Members' Section", but that's only for Private First Class+ ranks.
Explanation: Well, since Private members can't vote on applications, it would be great if we get one more special forum for only SWAT members for all rank. Most of the Privates would like to vote on applications, but rule doesn't allowed them. Applicants might behave impolite to Privates, while to Private First Classes+ polite and nice... So, this forum would just help us in voting on applications, especially to Commander so he would know easier how is someone like and something about his attitude/manner.
This forum would be just to Privates share their opinions for each applicant if they want to.

PVTs can always PM PFC+ or even a Commander regarding applicant's attitude.

I doubt that will change, anyway, Pvts are members as well, that's why I believe this should be added or the current system being updated.

Its a pretty good idea in my opinion, i'm pretty sure that people that can vote get more attention from the applicants than the people who can't vote.

Seems like a good idea.
Many pvt. members don't have enough experience to vote and they end up giving invalid votes, but still idea of giving their point of view on the applicant looks fine to me.
