Hello, since i'm going to try to re-join the S.W.A.T team I was wondering if some could explain in detail what the tag of Probationary Officer stands for and how to pass the test/training etc.

As first, you have to get accepted in SWAT. After you get accepted, you'll be a probationary officer until you pass the training. This is called "Field Training" where you will get trained by some of our Field Training Officers or even from Field Training Coordinator. You will just learn new things, there are few phases you need to past in order to completely pass the training.

We are trying to make SWAT more professional team that's why you need get trained by our training officers. Faster you finish training quicker you'll get promotion. Please note that member who haven't finished training will not get promotion.
