I had this problem once and I got my answer from an ex-commander, so if a player gets into a car as a passenger(g) while he's cuffed, he cannot escape/get out.
So there's no need to eject him.

I think it does unless he/she enters another vehicle than the one you're using.

Yes you can eject him but you do not need to play only for score just play for fun

Well ,S.W.A.T. does not prevent this action ,but why you should eject suspect if he's already in vehicle. Still ,it's not a rulebreak and not drag spam.
