Suggestion headline: Make an alarm go off when a business is robbed

Importance of suggestion: 10/10
Why should it be accepted: Whenever a business is robbed, an audible alarm must be set off and last until the flag that appears over that business on the map whenever it's robbed disappears. This will definitely let LEOs know that the business in question has just been robbed.

that's the same if a shop gets robbed and a notification would appear stating which shop,location is robbed. ??

As a (noob) PAWN scripter I can at least tell this is possible to script, it's not super hard to make!
