Suggestion headline: Add the birthday thing to the new forum

Why should we accept this: maybe many players which made a forum account and don't know how to change from the new forum to Lsrcr(Legacy) and wanted to see who has a birthday so it would be easier for them, I think it would be good if this birthday thing got added to the new forum

As i'm quite familiar with the old forum system (phpbb3), I think this feature is limited to the forum software of phpbb3, i have no knowledge in the scripting of the new forum but this is not a bad thing to add

Not sure why this was ever removed to be honest. I'll see about re adding it as it's nice to be able to wish people happy birthday.

Birthdays have now been added right at the bottom on the index of the forum.
