Why should it be accepted:

A carjacker would be a class which can rob owned vehicles for score + cash. For example, if I spawn as a carjacker, I would first need to buy a master key ($5000-$10000). From here on, I can choose a vehicle to be stolen. The costlier it is, the more reaping the rewards. If I choose to steal Glen's Infernus parked at Jefferson, I would first need to go to the car, then start to /hotwire the car. It would take 30-60 seconds, wherein I can't leave the checkpoint placed next to the car. Once stolen, I'm given +8 wanted levels, and I have to deliver the car to a checkpoint in Dillimore. Once done, I recieve 1 or 2 score, and $2000-$5000 in cash. The cooldown would be 5-10 minutes. It'd be awesome, considering the fact that it adds a new way to roleplay in the server.

The more expensive the car is, the more cash you get, the more harder is to get in (you can even fail to steal a car). Once you do that, the owner's car is gone (he needs to rebuy it).

I doubt that you can drive a plane to Dillimore checkpoint. Also, re-read the title, if you did it already, you wouldn't say anything about planes/boats.
