Suggestion headline: Update the LSRCR Wiki

Why should we accept this: The LSRCR Wiki right now is horribly outdated. So outdated that the Alcatraz article still mentions the old methods of escaping by asking another player to help and then you have to go through a pipe or up through the roof.
