It was removed from whole server for abuse. I doubt that SWAT members would abuse pepper spray, so let's see the votes from members.

That's so invalid reason to vote "-1". If SWAT members abuse the pepperspray, they will be suspended (if the other side said to stop and they continued).

maybe if they like were newbs and didnt know how to report and stuff so, well actually i've voted -1 because of the abuses, no abuses - good idea, if it was added then there must be a rule about it to not abuse it, changing to +1.

Fellas, you people are SWATS lol, not random civilians, of course there will be rules which you people should obey with that spray can. We (army) have shit load of heavy weapons but i dont see the majority absuing their rights & even if they do, theres a report section. This shit can be useful for you guys againts fist fights with civilians when yall dragging a suspect, when there is a civilian on your roof trying to resist or damage you're vehicle & etc.
