Yes, it's possible to do so in LSRCR. Here's a step-by-step guide.
1. Go to the nearest 24/7 and buy some beer.
2. Drink your beer until the camera starts swaying, then enter your car.
3. Now start driving! Your car should become uncontrollable at points. The next three screenshots were taken seconds apart and only the W key was pressed in between those sequences.
